KEY FEATURES:

Weight and Manoeuvrability

Fiberglass vessels are generally lighter than their steel counterparts. This characteristic makes them easier to transport and maneuver into position or assemble on-site, especially in locations where heavy lifting equipment may be limited, unavailable, or required to reach great heights, like rooftops. This generally allows for a considerable amount of cost savings in logistics.

Ease of Customization:

Fiberglass can be molded into complex shapes and sizes more easily than steel, allowing for greater flexibility in design and customization. This makes it easier to tailor fiberglass vessels, on or off-site, to fit specific space constraints or installation requirements, potentially reducing the need for extensive modifications to the surrounding infrastructure.

Insulation Properties

Fiberglass has natural insulation properties, which can help to maintain the temperature of the contents inside the vessel more effectively. This insulation can reduce the need for additional insulation materials and simplify the design and installation process compared to steel vessels, which may require insulation to be applied separately.

Corrosion Resistance

Fiberglass is highly resistant to corrosion from chemicals and environmental factors like moisture and salt. This makes it suitable for a wider range of environments, including coastal areas or industrial settings where corrosion may be a concern. In addition, our Vessel headers remain externally positioned.

In contrast, steel vessels may require additional corrosion protection measures or maintenance to ensure longevity in corrosive environments.

Lower Maintenance Requirements

Our vessels typically require less maintenance compared to conventional offerings. It is resistant to rust and corrosion, and it does not require painting or protective coatings to maintain its structural integrity. This can result in lower ongoing maintenance costs and less downtime for inspections and repairs compared to steel vessels

In addition, we offer a unique access hatch, allowing the cover lid to be secured and protected from lifting off rooftops in heavy weather conditions.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability. Our hot water storage vessel systems are designed to be energy-efficient, reducing your carbon footprint and helping you to achieve your sustainability goals.
